10:31 am	stuff I start my new job tomorrow and yet have to attend a staff meeting today, how irritating. Also the alan shore dreams haven't abated. I have a penpal! W00t! Also having birthday party for baby barnes tomorrow, which will of course be absolute chaos as any gathering of more than three under fives in one place tends to be. Thanks in advance for the loan of the chocolate fountain nik. xx Speaking of chocolate it is now four months since anything but cambridge diet and the one night out on the gin has passed my lips. I've lost a bit over five stone now, and even I (queen of self depreciation) can see the difference when I catch sight of myself in a mirror, I look almost normal! Yey!!! I also have amazing PMT this week, sorry for those caught in my wrath. Allsn and Lou visited the other day which was ace, BTW rick still denies he put that paper or tissue or whatever in his pocket! Posted 50 more ebay items today, the post office is contemplating issuing a fatwa methinks. Arthur rung me this afternoon "I need all the paperwork for the last two months doing and handing to me by tomorrow morning or we're not going to get paid". I'm very tired now. *_* (Comment on this)

6:49 pm	start as I mean to go on... I have determined to update this more often, however it is painfully apparant to me I haven't actually done anything interesting. Got a new job, doing the same thing as I do now but in a different place so my hours are back up. I have stated my C-Card condom distribution, and am now the 'condom lady of Pelton', one 17 year old lad for example walking into the community centre and shouting "Who! (which I am told is used in Co Durham like oi!) condom woman, give us a rubber!" I am going to pick up some portraits of the kids I had done, which is exciting as they promise to be lush. The diet is going well, I lost an amazing 10 pound this week bringing my total to a pound shy of 5 stones. I went out last night and had a drink (or ten) and have been spectacularly hung over today. 7:07 pm	What I did this weekend! Yesterday we went to Durham Botanical Gardens, it was lovely, and I will now show you pictures, lots of pictures, until your very head explodes!!!! Also expect more of these type posts now I can work Rick's camera! ( Photos begin! ) I also took lots of pretty plant and things pictures, but rather than bore you with them here i'm going to get Rick to DA them. Also, apologies for the not lj cut, I know not how! 9:05 am	not impressed. I have realised the problem i've been having with my health this week is in fact lack of sleep as today I feel fine, it would appear 7 hours is not enough for a sam. Which is going to seriously cut into my already very limited 'me time'. In face seen as generally speaking i got about half an hour of it anyway it should in fact end my 'me time'. Also I just realised that today is the 22nd the day they said I should hear back from my pgce course, and there was nothing for me in the post. ;_; If I don't get on this year I think I might apply for the part time youth and community work ma at durham, at least once i got that id be guaranteed a full time job at 25 pound an hour. It will be a pain in the arse though and mean i'll have to end my durham university embargo. Also, the thought I shared with rick earlier in the year about my nan is coming true, everyone else just hought she was a bit poorly with a cold and she'd get better, and it's now 7 ish months, and she's no better at all, in fact she's worse. Her mobility is at an all time low, and the open wounds she's had on her legs are not healing at all despite a community nurse redressing them every other day. She's also refusing to eat at home, and only eats when someone makes her. After having spent the last 10 years looking after my aunts kids while she works, my aunt has now decided she can't live with her if her mobility is getting bad, and she'll have to go in a home. I am currently trying to bargain with said aunt about a solution to the fact my nan can no longer get up off the toilet and needs some sort of frame, with my aunt's refusal to have anyhting fastened to her rediculously expensive toilet. It may have to be a zimmer frame. It's weird because this is the first thing like this i've ever had to deal with and i don't really know how to do it. My nan has always just been 'my nan' in my head, and never really changed since I was about 12, and suddenly in the last two weeks she's started to look like, and sound like, an old woman, it's a bit frightening.
